Frequently asked questions
Can I switch levels or plans later?
Yes. Upgrading or downgrading between Basic and Standard takes effect immediately from your account's billing page, with fair proration — no waiting, no re-onboarding.
Is there really a free plan, not just a trial?
Free is genuinely free, forever — all 16 Foundations tools with nothing held back (Pronunciation Lab, Conjugation Gym, Gender Lab, Sentence Builder, the lot), plus full A1 Module 1 with real lessons and flashcards. No card required. AI-generated practice is the one paid feature, so that's what a plan buys you.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes to both, anytime, from your account's billing page — upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with fair proration, and cancelling takes effect at the end of your current paid period with no immediate loss of access. Support can also do either for you on request.
What exactly is included in a mock exam?
Full-length TEF/TCF simulations with the real section count, question count, and time limits — reading, listening, writing, and speaking — scored the same way the real exam is.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, the same infrastructure used by Amazon and Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
